Career Advisor
Mission: Support our program participants in their integration into the corporate market (internship / job) upon graduation, through career guidance, training, and recruitment services/events.
MAIN FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES OR TASKS
Recruitment
- Conduct prospecting for companies that recruit our participants internationally, primarily Early Talent.
- Represent the department in internal and external recruitment services and activities, ensuring follow-up with companies (presentations, CV screening, recommendations, etc.) to build client loyalty and guarantee the highest number of participant hires.
Provide individual career counseling to current participants
- Coordinate career guidance meetings for the assigned programs.
- Identify key areas for participant development, as well as their preferences and needs.
- Provide support in the search for internships and jobs that match the professional and academic profile, as well as in the development of their career plan, providing resources and personalized training to help participants achieve their goals.
- Manage the process of processing internship agreements.
- Conduct the search, selection, and verification of access to international career services and resources.
Other duties:
Participate in various departmental projects such as rankings, employment reports, and Talent Days.
Requirements:
Education: University studies in psychology, human resources, among others.
Professional experience: 2 years or more
Languages: English (professional level) and Spanish
Skills:
Customer focus (students and companies), thoroughness, organization, and coordination. Communication skills to deliver in-person information sessions to the student community and to monitor young talent at the beginning of their professional careers. Individual support for students in core areas such as CV preparation, LinkedIn, etc.
A good level of Excel, PPT, and familiarity with career management platforms for students will be an asset.
